Returns & Replacements
Spirit Green good energy jewels and items are meant to give you joy and happiness. If, for any reason you do not feel happy with your purchase, we are absolutely willing to take it back. This is our policy, as long as our obligation, regarding the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs).
You just have to give us written notice within seven working days of receipt. You can do so by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, giving us the reason why you return the item. We do care.
You are not obligated to sent the item in its original packaging. However, we do ask you to wrap it up with care, to stay unharmed during its return. As soon as we receive the item and make sure it is at its original state, we will give you a full refund, including the shipping cost, within 30 days. If you prefer a replacement instead of a return, we will sent you the new item, and give you back the shipping cost for the first item you have returned.
Spirit Green good energy jewels and items are hand crafted and made on demand. This means that every piece of jewellery and every decorative tree you purchase is being made especially for you by our artists. This process takes approximately 3-5 working days. As long as your personal item is ready for shipment, we will be glad to sent you a notification mail.
Spirit Green good energy jewels and decorative tree are made only by hand with natural materials and minerals. For that reason, every item is unique and there may be slight differences between items of the same kind. The stones' colors may as well verify from stone to stone.
Spirit Green cares about your relationship with your good energy item. We want you to keep it for many many years. That's why we offer you LifeTime Support. If your item has an accident or a part brakes down, we are available to fix it for free. You just have to notify us by email at email@example.com, and send us the item. You will be charged only with the shipping costs.
If the item is beyond repair, we will have to sent it back to you as it is, or we can make you an offer for replacement.
All Spirit Green good energy jewels and items are accompanied by the Spirit Green Silver Label. This is their Mark of Authenticity. Any product that lucks the Silver Label is not a genuine Spirit Green Item. If you find one, please contact us.
